NEW TO THE BOARD but not to the GYM Getting back This Week!
New to this forum there were many to choose from.. I saw this App anf that it was a large community. so I joined..
I have a great deal Of Knowledge in Foods/Nutrition and Basic supplements vitamins etc.
Good Knowledge of exercising And fitness in general..
LOOKING for advanced Tactics in GETTING BACK TO THE OLD ME.

240lbs 6ft1
Sadly to say only Average build. with most of my stubborn weight in the midsection!!
RESULT OF 1Full year out of Gym..
Need to get back...to the old me.
Currwntly just eating healthy and basketball.
Would love to learn more.
Was previous member of Trainwiser forums
and Bodybuilding.com forums
they have closed.
