    Cutting down Tummy Fat??

    Hi All,

I am new to this forum and here as feeling a bit lost.

Need your help to few of my questions.

I was 79 Kgs and started exercising and really worked hard with all sort or Aerobics and Swimming. This did not help me shed any weight more than 4 kgs. Probably that was the water content that I lost in the starting stage.

Later on I took the GNC Burn 60 two tablets pre workout (one hour before workout) as suggested by one of my friend for three months and this helped me cut down till 68 kgs. This was impressive and everyone noticed the difference. Now I am stuck. I think Burn 60 is no more working. I stopped it for a month and started again but it's all in vain. I have become leaner but the tummy fat still remains bothersome. Pants and Shirts become loosened but I am tired with all lower abs and core exercise and this is not getting me to anything lesser. I want a trimmed tummy portion so that I can work on to put on a six pack abs.

I want to lose fats around the tummy and drop down to ideally 60 Kgs and supplement with Protein or whatever so that the core abs become visible with cuts and defined abs. I am not talking about the bulging abs but yes the definition quiet visible and later on will think what to do. But now the fats around the tummy is no where making me realise and believe that I can have a abs of that kind.

The question is Friends who helped me bring here are suggesting Clen and T3 Cycle. Is it worth that?? If yes what dose is advisable for me and how long it will approximately take for me to be at 60 kgs taking that. Is it Safe to have the both and how long having it is ideal. Can I stop that abruptly when I reach my ideal weight goal.

Please help and guide me as I am clueless what to do.

If I am allowed I can post few of my present abs pic so that you can see and guide. Thought will seek your opinion first then think of doing something. It's really embarrassing to see my tummy. It has become loosened and when I pinch that I really feel very bad as nothing is happening.

I suggest you hit the nutrition section and post up your current meal plan. You will be amazed what you can do when you get that meal plan dialed in

You can forget about losing belly fat until your eating habits are on par with the correct food. No soda or trans fat as well!

    Hi Chris,

This is what I eat normally. Monthly once 90 ml Whisky, with water and no Soda on any normal day. If that's the problem I will stop that too.

Sorry I also would like to tell you what I generally eat thoughout a day.

5:00 AM Sprouts and 5 Egg Whites with GNC Burn 60 (Two Tablets)

5:45 AM Hit the Gym and Run around and do all sorts to burn

    7:45 to 8:00 AM 5 Egg Whites

9:00 AM 250 ml of Milk with Muesli or Oats or Wheetabix Mini Choco

11:00 to 12:00 PM Carry grinder Raw green Vegetables of all sort except potatoes. Feel like just vomiting drinking them but I have become crazy and just keep doing it.

2:00 PM Four Brown Bread with Peanut butter. This I carry from home to my office.

4:00 PM Again Four Brown Bread with the same Peanut Butter. I know it's crazy again but I do not get anything out and conservative approach to not eating makes me feel good that I am not eating much. Some days in place of bread k have roasted chicken breast close to 400 gms. Sometimes when I feel really bothered have some white rice with chicken. Sometimes I carry boiled chicken with me from home and have it regular interval in the afternoon.

6:00 PM Sometimes have Subway Bread with Roasted Chicken. It's very rare but try to preserve something from the afternoon and have it here so that I do not feel hungry.

8:00 PM Boiled Green Vegetables, Dates around 100 GMs

    9:00 Run for 6 kms

11:00 Sleep after doing some studying. Usually sleep around 12:00 and than then the next day follow.

Sorry I am troubling you with all this but actually I am helpless and not getting any way out. Want to see a beach body before I die.

That link should help with what supps to take. Green tea in particular in pill form.

You need to do your TDEE to match your macros with bodyweight.

Try doing 1 min of cardio in between sets instead of sitting and resting 2-3 minutes or just do sprints after weights. if the cardio in between sets is too much, ease your way into it.

When you eat food, make sure you are eating reg fat and sat fat. No trans fat. You need to eat fat to burn fat.

Hit legs hard in your routine once a week, without that, it's just gonna be harder for your body to shred believe it or not.

Whiskey is fine, hell it's only once a month. You can drink once a week if you want, just show up and work that body the next day after a cheat day.

Drink water, like atleast a gallon a day, that will accelerate your metabolism.

I wouldnt run at the end of the day. If you work out hard 1x a day, no need to over exert your body.

Deep sleep, looks like your only gettin 5 hours at the most. aim for 7-8 hours if you can.

This is all my opinion ofcourse. Others may have a better way. I recommend the nutrition forum bio recommended to you.

I just wanted to wish you luck. When you are working out and doing cardio, but not losing weight, the answer is not pills or clen. Clen only works if you are already losing weight. You diet seems to be pretty good, but you still need to find a way to cut your daily caloric intake if you are not losing weight. There is a lot of help on here and I just wanted to welcome you to the forum and wish you luck on your transformation. When I am trying to lose a few extra pounds I personally like to do an hour of cardio right when I wake up. I found a used eliptical for $50 bucks and have used it ever morning since I bought it. I like to have it in the house before doing my normal workouts at the gym to keep off the extra pounds.

Your diet is ok. You could still clean it up a lot. I am not a fan of bread at all unless it's ezekiel. Your carb sources on a cut should be oatmeal sweet potato yams rice to just name a few. The protein is pretty easy chicken breast egg whites and lean cuts of red meat. Good fats are important as well olive oil nuts avocado are a few. Post up your food intake in the nutrition forum and those guys can help you tweak it. You are gonna want to get a food scale so you can measure your food to the exact amount you need. This might seem extreme but that's how you get that last bit of stubborn fat off

thanks dude. i posted off the same thing there and hopefully getting some good response.

Just thinking if non surgical lipo on the tummy will help. whats your opinion. i just want to go down there and I am pretty sure that i will maintain things and never put on this weight again. I am tired doing crunches, leg raises and all and scared that i may ruin the back with so much of exertion.

    Thanks Oki,

Really that's motivating. I was on the Burn 60 Pills and that somehow induced some weight loss I believe. On that pill I was losing weight. Now actually I have stopped using that giving a resting period to the body and having the same low carbs food so that I do not gain back that weight. Marking you words I will work on the elliptical everyday now on to keep the cardio on in the morning.

Are you lifting weights? I didn't see any mention of weights, just a bunch of cardio stuff. Once you get the diet nailed down the weight will slowly come off, but you need to incorporate a proper lifting routine into your exercise plan. I see people at the gym that do nothing but cardio and after a year they look exactly the same and wonder why they aren't getting in better shape. If you want that fit athletic look with ripped abs, start lifting regularly and stop looking for the easy way like drugs and surgery, hard work and dedication will get you there and keep you there.

    Welcome and good luck.

That is a lot of activity, do you know how many calories you are taking in and how many you are burning? With that much activity you will need to dial in your diet to see any results, you possibly could be over training. Head to the diet section and let the gurus over there get you sorted out. Then hit the training section and get your lifting routine sorted out. There is a wealth of knowledge here with some very smart members who are willing to help.

I suggest we move this thread out of the Introductions Section so the OP receives more views and responses. While the listed diet and training might work for many, it is not suitable for all.

Primal diet worked great for me and I never missed the carbs or sugars. I agree that 80% of body composition is diet. Cheers!

68 to 60kg you are asking to drop 13% weight and make it all fat loss. You need to know your bf%...not what people say it looks like but go get a bodpod reading or water submersion. Understand where you are and where you are as well as where you are trying to get to.

Nutrition is important and diet is key....but in the end calories in minus calories out is the equation while not allowing your muscles to waste away due to too low of calories.

You can do it. Get all your info together and put your plan in action
