    Cool HORUS: Glad to be here! A lot of intriguing information on this forum!

    Hello all!

    I am new to being active on the forums. But I feel I have a great deal of knowledge to share with others, as well as learn myself.

    I'm in my mid 40s and have been cycling since my 20's.
    5' 10" 230. fairly lean.
    I like to focus my diet around mostly fresh whole foods. But do enjoy a shake or two a day to add to it.
    I have spent many years researching steroids , as well as peptides the last few years.
    Although I stick to mostly basic cycles, I have experimented in the past and like to stay updated on my information. (I have friends that rather use nolva during cycle than an AI because "that is how it is done" ... it's like talking to the wall sometimes)
    I love me a test and deca cycle, maybe a little bit of dbol and I am a happy man!
    I like to lift heavy and eat big. No time for chatter in the gym.
    I am still a bit paranoid about finally making an account so thats all about me for now.

    Welcome to the forum. It is great to have you here and I am sure you have a lot of experience to share. I too am in my mid 40's and love to come here to chat with like minded people. I like to believe I have helped some people and I have certainly learned a lot from experienced members; who combined have knowledge on so many aspects of the lifestyle.
