This is my very first forum so looking forward, I used to compete about 25-30 years ago im now over 50 5ft 8" and 14.4stone, I started back training over the past year after a 25 year break (tuff but what the hell), always open to advise and always willing to assist others, I attach photo in early 50's don't be laughing you'll all be over 50 soon enough haa, take care.

Welcome, looking good for 50's. I hear ya on getting there quick, I am almost 43 and wonder what the hell happened to the time, it went by so fast.
