Howdy All
45 year old new guy, here. Healthy and looking to learn how to build a cycle safely to put on size I haven't been able to naturally. Look forward to learning from other's experiences. Always been between 160 and 175 lbs and well built - buuuuuuttt..... I'd rather be 190 and Bad Ass built.
However, I have this metabolism like a furnace that likes me to be average sized.

Hey, Clarky... thanks so much for that link. I'm about a third of the way down. Great info. And I'm quickly getting convinced there is more I can do with my diet to make some more natural gains prior to starting a cycle. Really appreciate the guidance.
