So, I am 19 years old and i am starting a prop, and tren cycle. I just started working out about a week ago but i want quick results how much do you recommend I use if i work out daily and how many mg a day should i use? do i take pop and tren together right away? i also heard you should start off with prop for a month then slowly start using tren aswell? i am currently about 185 lbs and 5"11, My goals are to be lean and be able to lift more then a plate on chest, what do you guys recommend i do and what kind of dieting would give me my fastest results, because i am very eager to start!
