Hi everyone, I am 37 years old. I am 6'1" and weigh 285lbs. I use to be in great shape in my twenties, roughly 215lb(8% body fat) taking mostly NO2, creatine, and working out 2 hours a day. My problem is that i only have roughly 1/2 that to work out now. I am looking to cut down to roughly 215lbs again and have between 5-8% bodly fat(ultimate goal). I have a bowflex(up to 310lb max), an elliptical, dumbbells up to 40lbs, and a stair climber. I am looking to take a cutting stack of 8-12 weeks. Any suggestions on workout and stack i should use to max benefit me? Thanks again. I plan on doing the 60 day challenge as well. I figure if i am going to do this, why not try to profit from it.
