    Question First Time. Tren and Test

    Hi I am a newbie to the juice. I would like any kind of reassurance that we are doing it the right way and I am not putting myself at risk.

    A little about myself.. I am 205lbs and 6'0 ft. I am 23 years old and I am doing this for my current sport to get faster and stronger

    I am stacking 0.75ml Trenbolin with 0.5ml of Testen 250
    2x a week for only 5 weeks (Half a cycle)

    I am taking multivitamins, protein, and working out daily (along with practice)

    Do I need to consider taking HCG to keep my sperm count up?
    How many calories a day should intake?
    How much protein a day should I be taking?

    Tren isn't actually very good for athletic performance, and is a pretty rough compound to run your first time.

    5 weeks isn't long enough for test.

    HCG is a good idea.

    There's alot of sticky threads and educational articles on this board. I'd check them out.

    Also, do you have any kind of pct planned?

    The general rule for protein is 1.5 grams per pound of lean body mass. So, if you're 15% body fat your lbm is 175lbs. 175x1.5 = 262.5

    So 260 grams of protein would be a good target.

    I saw the my first cycle thread. Any others I should check out? Yes I am planning on PCT not sure on which to do yet. Can I obtain HCG at any GNC's or anywhere? And should the HCG be oral or injectable?

    No, you can't get HCG in a store anywhere, and it's all injectable.

    longbeach- Please think twice, and then twice more, before going down the aas road. Not to be offensive, but I can clearly see by your questions that you are not even close to ready to start a cycle of anything. I've seen, and experienced myself, what happens when a person is just simply not ready, It's freaking horrible. What makes a good athlete great is hard work and drive to be better than you were yesterday. There is no magic pill my friend. Please, please reconsider.     Why is everyone starting off with Tren??? PLease refer to I slam cougars link. Tren is NOT what you take to improve athletic performance and or endurance
