A little a bout me. I used to lift a lot and did so for years. I only did one cycle of sis 250.
I am interested in getting back into lifting but age has taken a toll on the body.
I have had an ulnar nerve transposition surgery and have suffered some atrophy in my hand. The grip is weak but slowly getting better.
My other issue is that I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and was planning in going with the sus 250 but I have found many things saying that sus may increase blood pressure.
Are there any threads that some of the seniors are aware of that might cover this specifucally.
I would love to do a cycle but am in no hurry. I also need to research the high blood pressure issue some more before I do something that may be dangerous.
The medication I am on is Lisinopril, 10 mgs. Any direction on a thread or two would be greatly appreciated.
I looked but found very little info. I will admit I am new so I may not be looking properly.
Thanks in advance.

I should have spelled out sustenon 250 since my phone changed it to sis.
