    Def need help I am unable to even set a profile up yet . Any advice on that .?
    I'm 5'10 215 and have been competing on and off for 5 years .

    Welcome to the forum Anthony. How have your competitions been? I almost did a comp three years ago before I stopped being natural. Now I just want to keep a good physique. Maybe the itch will come back later. Best to you in the future and I'm right there with you on learning everything you can. I've done four cycles now, and I've gotten good results. I'm not hardcore on the AAS, but I look forward to seeing how well I reach my goals. Keep us updated.

    My competitions were npc .
    Not natural shows .
    Always placed top 5
    I def need help with aas I taken it I feel blindly for years and want to get the most out of what I use with least sides
