    hi there new here from nc

    well i have been lifting for a while off and on. i want to get more serious with it. my biggest problem has been burning fat off that has kicked my butt for years. i think i have low t anyway. im just looking to try this so i can get in decent shape and have a nice cut look. im open to all info and advice. thank you
