Alright, I've been working out like crazy for about a year now. I take only Saturday and Sunday off. I'm trying to get cut but somehow it's not happening, is there any advice or anything that will help? I feel like I'm just never going to get cut. Or am I doing the wrong workout?

I'm not really on a diet, I mean I eat like once or twice a day, not a whole lot, and my job, I sweat almost the whole 8 hours. I'm not on any supplement. Any advice what kind of supplement is best for me to be cut? Thanks

If you are working your butt off and not eating much then it has to be what you are eating. Check out the diet and nutrition section and there is a lot of info over there. Good luck.
