Quick run through , I'm 35 6'2" walk around at 210-215 holding 15% bf. I've been working out seriously for around 4 yrs and have played around in the gym most my adult life! Looking forward to learn more about lifting nutrition ect..... Doctor took me off working out and gym 2 months ago after I got checked for low t and strange blood work came back , I was around 12% bf before that but getting ready to get back into it
