New guy looking to become a new man
Hi Everyone
Bit about me:
Name: Farming Stock
Height: 6"
Weight: 265 lb
Body Fat: 30%
Trained on and off for over 10 years
Never used AS due to constant high body fat and blood pressure
Problems: Low testosterone - diagnosed but untreated, long story short - had a big fall out with the endocrinologist treating me due to a difference of opinion with lack of treatment offered and the 6 month waiting time between appointments (I am now going through the courts)
I also ruptured my anterior and posterior knee ligaments as a youngster and now have grade 4 arthritis, which limits my ability to walk long distances. I have been told my cartilage is so low its like driving a car on ice with bold tyre`s, if i`m not careful it will give and I will need a knee replacement.
Goals: I would like to first and foremost lose weight and hopefully ease some of the constant pain in my knee and hopefully raise my testosterone .
hopefully I can get some much needed help on my journey
