Hello everyone new to the site and hope you guys can get me on right track. Last two years with work and family have not been able to hit the gym like I used to 6 times a week. I'm lucky if I make it twice a week. I'm getting back into it and consider getting on a cycle the senior experienced members recomend. I'm 34, 250lbs, 5"9, 34 body fat. I will take your suggestions and thank you in advance.
