Hey, I came to the forum to get some advice on possibly doing a short cycle of something.
Stats first: Male, 43. 6'3" 220lb. Good health, crossfitter, but not in great looking shape. Need to drop weight and get hard.
I currently get a 125cc test shot weekly at my doctor. I am thinking of doing about 8 weeks of Anavar. I will be mostly doing strength lifts (squats and deadlifts) along with rowing/running interval training and core training. I am 12 weeks out of rotator-cuff surgery, so I cannot bench or do anything overhead for at least another 8 weeks.
My plan is 40mg anavar daily along with this routine for 8 weeks to try to get down to a lean 200lbs or so.
Thoughts?
