    New from Texas

    Another new guy here. 24 been in the gym since I was about 14.

    Recently I had surgery and and have had hell getting back to where I need to be and figured I would come here for advice!

    It's going pretty good on the recovery. Was a rotator cuff repair. Just did a number on me physically. Just ready to be back where I was before hand atleast!
