    Hi from Canada

    Hey everyone

    New to the boards, have been lurking a while. Here to do research and learn about steroids in case I choose to do them in the future when I am ready. I have been training hard and eating big for a year and a half and my nutrition has been on point but I still have a ways to go before I start to plateau. I am 36 and was 6'2" 170 lb 12% bf when I started I'm now 195 lb about 10% bf. I am working on my base, focusing on my nutrition and also on correcting issues as a result of being a desk worker for a long time.

    I have always loved bodybuilding and am happy to finally be pursuing one of my true passions in life after a long period of holding myself back. I am eager to learn more from you guys.

    Sounds good. There is so much information here that you couldn't possibly read it all in a human lifetime. This site has been around since about 2000 I think. You definitely came to the right place! Welcome!
