    Cool Hola New from Costa Rica!

    Hi guys,

    I am new around looking for more info about this world. I am from Costa Rica but work for a transnational here, so I have been getting influence always from US. I hope to find good info and that I can translated it to my country (names of products and everything). Right now I am kinda looking all the trends regarding the first cycle hopefully once I have more info I will start with the questions haha. Sorry in advance for the English if you see something wrong xD. Down the business I am 6'0 and 190 pounds, 30 years old I think I am like 23% BF. On the gym, well I think the problems of some of us there, I am not sure if I should get more mass or lose fat, always confuse and changing goals frequently due to this reason. Well I hope to get back on track if I ever had a road define =D Thanks in advance for the help you can share, it will be really appreciated. One day, I hope to be in the near future one of the ones sharing info.
