    Greetings

    Hello! I am a 37 year old male 5'4" 174lbs about 23% BF. Knowledgable about lifting and diet but feel I've never been able to touch any where near my potential due to inconsistency. Curious to learn how AAS might help and want to give it a fair shake. All my life hearing all the negativity and stigma about them. Hope to get educated and learn what may work best for me.
