Hello all!
I'm an active dude who is 42 years of age, 72" tall, 199# and 15% Body Fat; over the last few years I've gone down from being a pre-diabetic train wreck at 250#. I don't know anything, but I am good at listening.I'll try to pay forward any information I get!
I start my TRT in a few short days and am hoping for some good diet advice; being fat and on a roller coaster for years has screwed up my diet something fierce; I am lucky if i get over 1k calories per day and run on willpower, hahah.
