    New from FL

    Hi I'm new here came across the forum from searching Google. Seems to be a wealth of good information here. My introduction: I'm 27 6ft4 and about 215lbs right now. I've been lifting off and on for the past few years but have just recently started with proper dieting and training. My goals are for a lower body fat % and hopefully a significant increase in muscle. Like most I guess.
