    Hey everyone, I am a new member and was coming on here to find put more info on starting my first cycle. A few years back when I got out of the US Air Force i weighed 185 lbs and was pretty solid especially at 6'. Now almost four years later I am sitting at 225, I have been dieting and have lost 13 pounds so far. I am wanting to know if Test E and Tren would be a great cycle to start out with. Im mainly trying to burn what fat i have left on my body and also build some muscle. Any advice?

    Welcome to the forum and no you should not do tren on a first cycle. It is a very harsh compound and you should always start with test. People suggest waiting at least five cycles before trying tren to give yourself a chance to see how it responds.

    Also, you should try to get your bf% down to about 15% before starting. At higher bf percentages you are more susceptible to problems, such as gyno. Search "first cycle planning" and it will offer a lot of good information.
