Cycle for a hockey player

Weight:160
Height:5,11

I play Junior hockey and looking to gain speed,mass and strength. My season has come to a end now looking to take my game to the level. This will be my first cycle so im not to sure what would be the most efficient for me.
I dont want to inject. Can somone help me get started on what to do and take
