    new member

    whats up guys. this is my intro. im 5' 6''. im down to about 170 right now. ive lost a lot of weight (muscle) from an injury about 2 years ago that knocked me out of the gym for a very long time. im back to working out everyday now and getting me gains back. hoping to have my first show this june and using this board to get extra knowledge from the vets and anyone else on how to get get back to where I was as fast as possible!
