First of all it is great that their is a forum like this to help newbies like myself.
Been back at the gym 1 year in May, this is after a 5 year hiatus... 6'3", 212 pounds, 11% bf. My goal is after the cycle (including HGH) to get to around 9% bf, 220 Lbs.
Looking at lean gains, not really interested in bulking up... Doing a modified powerlifting/crossfit routine (3-4 days a week) with plenty of swimming and calisthenics on my off days. (1 day a week is always PURE rest.)
Initially looking to go with:
12 Week Cycle - Primo 600mg (Split along 2X a week)
12 Week Cycle - Test-E 250mg (Split along 2X a week)
8-12 Advar - 40mg daily.
PCT . ( I think I can skip the HCT, and go right into PCT.)
I might use PCT to jump into a 3 month HGH cycle.
Also one question, about once a month I usually travel for 5-6 days. In these occurrences is it better just to skip an injection or double up earlier in that week?
