    4 month progress

    Newyork laborer,got laid off in November due to bad weather.. Got back in the gym figured I'd find a positive in a negative situation! From November until now!! First pic 170 second pic 217 dressed
    Jumped on some gear at 200 flat but I'm not dieting properly. Very low doses 4 weeks of anadrol 50mg a day and 400 mg of test a week 600 mg of deca a week for 10 weeks . A beginner. Very little knowledge let me know what you think..
