    Having ACL surgery soon, I need info on what, when, how much and how long.

    Welcome, there is a INJURY AND REHAB section under FITNESS AND NURTITION. There is recent posting on the first page of threads about ACL supplementing. Also, use the search function and there is a ton of information. All you have to do is spend a little bit of time scanning and reading to find out what the best thing to do for your body would be. Make sure and read the first threads is RED before posting any questions, most of the answers about the subject you are inquiring about are explained in detail by experienced members.
