    Cool *Newbie*

    Hey guys, first off I would like to say thanks. Second I can't wait to start a hopefully long relationship on this site.

    I'm 30 years old at a height of 5'8 and 178lbs. I am very dedicated as I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week and have so for good part of two years now and follow a very clean eating diet. It seems the last few months I've become even more focused than ever before and looking to take it a bit further. Hence leading me here in hopes to educate and be more informed before taking that next step.
