Hi ,and im glad to be here and new to all this.I would like to know what to start with as far as (test) or any other type that would help me out with getting on the bulk side.I workout 2 times a week an hour each time..plus im a construction worker,so you can add 7 hours of active not hard but good labor 5 days a week..thanks everyone i would appreciate your input
