    Hey guys, looking for good advice

    hey guys im new to the scene. First cycle went pretty well about 9 months ago had some decent gains. Im pretty slim (6'1 170 lbs) but i have good strength and good genetics. Looking to add bulk however. if there are any vets out there who could possible pm me with some good tips for my second go around it would be greatly appreciated. oh also i am 26 years old, if that matters.
