new to the site
Hi everyone
I am new to the site and have been reading all afternoon very informative.
I am 51 years old been training with a personal trainer 5 days a week about 1 hr a day with what I would call cross fit training for about 3 months. I have changed my eating habits to loose body fat not sure were I am on % there but feel alot better and I seem to be keeping up with the guys that train with us. The main thing is I feel better starting to look alittle better. Just wanted to say hi and thanks for all the great info. You guys are very knowledgeable. Thanks again
