    Intro

    Hi I'm 5'6" 152lbs 12% body fat and I live in the Washington DC area. Been working out for about 11 years and ready to take it to the next level. Working a full time office job is starting to take a toll on my body so i figured I'd join this forum and see where it takes me. I know a lot about supplementing but I don't know a thing about anabolic steroids .
