    Howdy

    Hey folks im just in the neighborhood searching ways to get my pre 28 shoulder back i injured my shoukder one day well i was in a car crash at 23 but brushed it off was told i would have nerve damage but refused to accept it well one day three years ago i was trying to get my abs to show and i got down to 160 was drinkin lots of coffee and taking aspirin to try and chisel out my abs on top of situps but i saw how thin i looked grabed my heavyweights and tore something ive been rehabing for a while it only hurts i can move it just fine i think ive noticed some atrifeed or fatty umm integration in the area i dont know i dont want to have surgery but i would like to take something like the pros take to help me heal finally it has been years living in pain and im still kinda young but getting close to my 40s my goals are simple just want to be the best me i can be physicalyy my mentality is something completely different i am intelligent to a fault my weakness is grammer puncuation and literary i dont read books but i read magazines and articles and research papers.
