Hey guys I've been lifting weights on and off for about 10 years at my peak I was Max in about 365 on the bench 400 squats and 315 on deadlifts,
I've recently been out of the gym for about 18 months and I'm about to get back in it right now I'm about 185 foot 10.
I've done a cycle before of tests and Decca I've got some good and some bad advice in the past. Luckily I haven't messed myself up but I would like to continuelifting weights and try a cycle but do it with good advice smart research and proper post cycle. Right now I have some test deca and anadrol.I would like to know what would be a good way to go about this and what I should do for post cycle my diets good and my workouts are beast I'm dedicatedI would just like some good advice and some people to talk to about all this so that I could check in on my progress and continue lifting thanks in advance and I hope y'all have a good one
