hi guys. new here on the board, from toronto canada. came looking for more knowledge on cycles, pct and sources. im aware of the source issue, and im not going around asking, dont worry, just researching what people have to say about different labs etc..

hope to learn as much as possible as my introduction to gear was at the age of 20 by a very un-knowledgeable person. now at 30, i want to make sure i take care of myself and do things properly and avoid side effects as much as possible.

im finding this board very useful, so thanks to the members who have already reached out to help with advice.
