Long term test user adding Decca

Hi guys,
New user so take it easy on me. I am a 38 year old man that has been working out for about a year and a half solid. I've lost around 40 lbs. and eat way better than I did in the past. Yes I still cheat but not very often. I'm currently 6'2 203lbs. I had my test checked about 3 years ago and it was extremely low 117! so my Dr. put me on Test 200mg a week. After having it checked my test went up to 2012! which was very high. So now I run 100mg a week and it stays around 900. I have been running the full 200 mg a week and can tell my size and strength have gone way up but after a blood test my blood was thick. So it did give blood and after another test my blood was back to normal. I would like to add deca to the mix for my joins and a little size and strength. My question would be being a long term test user can I run 200mg of deca without having to run anything with it and be ok. I was thinking for doing a 10wk cycle 200mg of deca and 200mg of test and just staying on my test as usual. I've heard yes its a low does, you will be fine, and on the flip side no way you need to run HCG and some other things once you get off the deca. I will be on test prob forever so i'm a little clueless on what to do. So any help would be awesome. Thanks again!!
