Just saying hi to everybody on here ,I have used this site for years as a tool to help me out with everything training, im 36 5ft11,102kg carrying a little bit more fat than I would like to at the moment lol, cycled off an on for years never competed just love the lifestyle, so now I finally registered. :hello:
