    Hockey off-season

    Hey everyone,

    I'm new here. 18 year old (150lb) hockey player with a good foundation of muscle. During the off season I'm looking to put about 20-30 pounds of muscle on my body. I have minimal information about this as I started research about 2 weeks ago.

    Any help would be great! College hockey would be a dream, my final season could be this winter. Please help

    Welcome to the forum! Take a read at THE YOUNG AND STEROIDS ... The minimum age to cycle safely is 25(after your HPTA has fully matured, along w/your growth plates fusing together!
