    I am brand new to this forum. I haven't started using anything yet since I am new.
    A little bit about me.

    191

    About 2 years ago I was diagnosed as type II diabetic. I am about 10lbs lighter after 2 year of weights and cardio. Off metformin and on diet and excercise. I use essential oils cinnamon and lemon. I grew up skinny and stayed around 150. Then I started sedentary work life. That and lack of sleep caused type II.

    So I want to get rid of small gut and lean out. 170 would be nice. 160 even better.

    My question. What steroid if any can I use to get lean? Not body building but just lean to where I am prancing around on a flag football field or softball field of the old days. Will the steroid have an effect on blood sugar? I take a topical testosterone . Should I stop that?

    Any other suggestions other than stop eating for 8 weeks.

    Hi everyone. I'm new to the site and need a few questions answered. I'm 34 years old 6'-2" and 160 lbs. first cycle ever and will be using sust and deca . How should I stack these and how many mg per week should I take?
