    Taking Supplements from advertisers of this website hosting the competition

    Hello, Everyone I'm new to this forum and the world of anabolics. I'm going to make an effort to be active and hope to gain a lot of knowledge in the future. I'm taking my first stack as mentioned above the advertisers of this site hosting the competition. No links or names were listed . I'm taking Clen /Winn 50. I've never heard of winn50 but looks promising. I've already been on a deficit and train a lot and hoping these will add in some great progress. If anyone can throw in some two cents and tips.     As stated, the are "alternatives". I have no experience with them but i am moderately experienced with orals/ PH's. In my opinion they are a waste of money.

    Hello everyone! New forum member here. Yes, I agree with Clarky that they can help if your training and nutrition is good. How important is training and for that matter exercise in general? Trials have shown a pack a day smoker who exercises regularly is healthier than a sedentary non-smoker.....much healthier. Whether the health issue is smoking, alcohol, or any other detrimental condition, regular exercise in any form such as training can fight the ill effects substantially.
