Should I Stop my Cycle?
I am 4 weeks into a cycle and have just torn my ACL. Should I just stop all together? Lower dosages? Or keep going and only lift upper body?

Depends you could continue it if you feel like you can still work your upper body. If it were me and already being 4 weeks in I would continue the cycle if you can still train your upper body. Welcome to the forum

Depends on the severity of the injury and whether you can train at the level of intensity you want to perform at. If you can confidently say you can train while recovering from the ACL injury. But imo ACL injuries are serious and I would personally recommend you to jump into PCT and take care of yor injury before you go back to cycling.
