Hoping AAS and good regimen can help my body bounce back!
Hello all!
I'm new here and looking for some help recovering the body and athleticism that I used to possess. Curious about an AAS cycle to start the rebuilding process and a solid diet and exercise plan to get my body back after a long wasting period. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Diet and training is the answer not AAS. Discipline is 1000 times more important than drugs. Adding AAS too soon will only cause you problems. If you haven't been training then your tendons will likely suffer causing you to get severe Tendonitis which will only hurt your progress for months or MUCH longer. Also, if you're over 12% body fat then your body will prob. get tweaked hard with Estrogen related side effects such as Gyno etc. This could cause surgery to remove and another major setback. Head over to the diet forum and post up your diet and post pics for some real tips. Glad you're back on the road to a healthy lifestyle but be patient.
