    New member from New Jersey, USA

    I'm a 57 yo male, fit, but have never been able to reach the body of my dream. I am above average muscular 195# at 18% body fat. Looking for advice and guidance on using the products. My goal in the near future is to reduce my bodyfat %, while maintaining muscularity and be ready for Zumba convention in summer 2015.

    This thread is just for intro's but I'll add this. Blood work would be a great place to start for you. Visit the HRT Forum and take a look at the Finding A Doc sticky thread at the top of the forum. It has a list of Blood Work to obtain.
