New guy
My man is 5'8 and weighs 230. He's worked out all his life and has been really good size. This past year he got super busy with work and wasn't able to hit the gym as hard and has gained weight. He's still solid but wants to know what's a good cycle to cut and help him kick start his transformation. Every suggestion is appreciated.

Unfortunately we need to know his body fat percentage to really know. The weight alone is not enough. If he is over 15% body fat then he should lose weight before taking any type of steroids as he will be more susceptible to negative side effects. Let us know and we will be able to offer more advice.
