    Just joined.

    I just joined and my gear is on the way. Looking forward to learning from all of you. I'm 39, 6'4" at 300 lbs.

    May I ask what your body fat is? What gear are you planning on running and what are you goals?

    I would suggest getting your weight down to around 220 before considering doing a cycle. Steroids will not help you loose weight and you put yourself at risk for most sides with higher body fast.

    Please read the 1st cycle reccomendations especially #2 and #3. Then check out the diet and nutrition section.
