2nd cycles - Looking for advice

What's up guys. A quick background -

Age: 36
Height: 6'1
Weight: 215
BF: 11%

Currently on HGH and Test C (600 mg / week), arimidex and HCG .

I took my first cycle back from Jan-March. 400 mg Deca / 600 mg Test C from Jan-Feb and then 100 mg of Masteron (every other day) / 600 mg of Test C until the end of March. I stopped the Masteron a bit early because I wanted to give my body (liver) a break so I could start a bigger cycle May-July. For my next cycle, I want to do D-Bol / Deca / Test C. I'll do the D-Bol only for the first 4-6 weeks and the Deca for closer to 12 weeks. I have two questions:

1. What's an idea dosage for this next cycle?

2. When should I start on to my PCT? (I'm going to be on HCG and arimidex the whole time, so really just the SERM)
