    hello new to all this would like for someone to help me out?

    I'm 19
    5'10
    160lbs.
    8 percent body fat

    Just got a cycle of 75mg d-bol and ideas how to cycle it?

    At 19 you're too young. Keep it while you spend the next 5 years or so researching here and developing your knowledge. Welcome to the community.

    Dude, this is the best site with THE most knowledge and plenty of stickies you need to read thru... literally will take you a week of nothing but going thru this site and reading, but, you will learn a whole lot and see the game completely different than you possibly could right now.. go to Austines posts and ology thread.
