    never tried but very interested

    I have been reading and taking these kinds of supplements for ones fitness goals seems more complicated than expected. I am 26 years old, beenot in great shape and bad shape through out my life and I just seem to be the type of person who gains weight and loses weight easily... good weight and bad weight ofcourse.

    My goal is to lose body fat while also getting back to the physical strength and endurance that I had always had.

    Welcome and this site is not only about taking steroids . There is a lot of great information for every body type, goal and age. Hit up the nutrition section. A lot of those guys and gals offer a ton of information and even if your goal for now is to shed some pounds there are a lot of people who can help. Good luck and welcome to the forum!!!
