Welcome. Yes, post in the other section and more people will see it. But as a quick overview, I once did clen without changing my diet or exercise and I did not lose an ounce of weight. Clen alone in my opinion will not do anything. But, when I started doing more cardio and changed my diet while doing clen I did lose some weight. But, I have no idea how much clen actually helped compared to the efforts I already was putting in. Therefore, if you are doing something to lose weight on your own, then clen might help expedite the process. But, if you wish to lose weight without putting in any extra effort I doubt you will see any weight loss. Of course this has just been my experience and others may have had different results.
I am still trying to drop a few pounds and have boxes of clen sitting in my drawer. I have no negative sides from it other than mild shakes, but am not even doing it now. For me, it certainly is not a miracle drug in my opinion. Nothing compares to a good diet and work out routine.
